Sauteed Cucumbers
Wash your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold) for at least 20 seconds, rinse and dry. Peel cucumber, and cut into large chunks. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cucumber and salt, and cook, tossing occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes. To serve: Sprinkled with chopped dill, basil, or parsley. Serves 4.
